Terms of service
After placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours to confirm your order. The orders placed are a purchase proposal, which will be accepted by us according to the availability of stock. After receiving your confirmation email, we cannot change the order information (item, quantities or delivery address).
Please make sure all information is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incomplete address or the absence of someone at the address indicated at the time of delivery. The contract for the sale of articles will be formalized after receiving the confirmation email confirming that the article has been sent to the address provided.
Acceptance will be considered valid after sending the confirmation email to the user.
Items from the same order that have not been confirmed in the aforementioned email are not covered by the contract. The amount will be debited from your account at the time of order(s). If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it but have 10 days to return it.
We do not accept customized product returns unless they contain any duly proven error or manufacturing defect. (See refund policies)

We give special importance to security issues, so we adopt physical and electronic management procedures to ensure the security of the information processed.
Orders must be paid through ATM, MB Way, Bank Transfer or Paypal.
